Content: I have ordered BTSKY Clear Acrylic 5 x 8 inch Index Card Box with Sign Lid & Removable Inserts, Divided 3-Compartment twice (2x) now from Amazon. The first one arrived cracked, and I returned it, asking for a replacement (not a refund). The replacement arrived today, and it was cracked yet again, In the same place. It was almost like it was repackaged and sent back to me. I do not want to send it back again, but I also do not want to pay for a broken product. Is there a resolution to this? Thanks in advance.
