Content: I have ordered BTSKY Clear Acrylic 5 x 8 inch Index Card Box with Sign Lid & Removable Inserts, Divided 3-Compartment twice (2x) now from Amazon. The first one arrived cracked, and I returned it, asking for a replacement (not a refund). The replacement arrived today, and it was cracked yet again, In the same place. It was almost like it was repackaged and sent back to me. I do not want to send it back again, but I also do not want to pay for a broken product. Is there a resolution to this? Thanks in advance.

Content: Hi, I received the 'BTSKY 1 Pack Golden Glass Pen Holder for Desk, Clear Pencil Cup with 3 Compartments, Metal Pen Cup Makeup Brushes Holder, Desktop Pens Pot Container, Stationery Cosmetic Caddy Storage for Office Home' from Amazon and it's missing two of the rubber feet so the holder leans. I don't want to necessarily return/exchange it, I was just hoping that you guys could send out the feet and I could put them on there myself. Would that be possible or should I initial an exchange on amazon?
