Content: The lids don’t stay closed, they just come back up. We liked the product and intended to keep, we’ve used them for a couple of days and have disposed of the original packaging. Ideally I’d like replacement lids that work. Thanks

Content: I just got in the BTSKY 2 Layer Stack & Carry Box I ordered from Amazon and one of the locks will not click to actually lock. I tried it to lock on the lid, tried it as the bottom portion of the 2 stacks to see if it would lock them together, I turned it to try it on the other side…nothing is working.
