Subject: Problem with crystal 360 desk organizer
Content: I ordered the crystal 360 desk organizer on October 29th for my sister's birthday present on December 16th. I had it sent to her house because I was coming to visit her for the holidays on the east coast on December 17th so I told her to hang on to it until I got there. When I got to her house and opened the box to wrap it, I realized it was much bigger than I had expected and she has no place to put it. I thought it would sit on her desk to hold pens and other things but When I saw it, it is much to large for her desk. Unfortunately I didn't notice the return expiration date so now I have this item and don't know what to do with it. Is there any way I can return or exchange this item even though it's past the expiration date? I would truly appreciate your help in this matter.Thank you -Janet BellJLBELL@MAIL.COM
