Content: Hello, we ordered a "BTSKY Ergonomic Office Computer Game Chair Slipcovers Stretchy Polyester Covers for Reclining Racing Gaming Gaming Chair No Chair Included" order # 112-1990851-5493836. The product uses buckles to attach to the chair. One half of a buckle on the chair base cover is missing, so I am unable to install it. Are we able to get a replacement for this?
